Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Laws degree with highest distinction from Universidad del Desarrollo, where he graduated in 2023. During his studies, he excelled in Procedural Law, obtaining the "Professor Carlos Pecchi Croce" Award granted by the Faculty of Law in recognition of the best average in his graduating class.
